Solid POM/PP/PA/PTFE plastic ball

Plastic balls find application in numerous fields. They are utilized in low-load bearing components, specialized valves such as check valves, float valves, and are employed in fluid level indicators. Additionally, they play a role in carburetors, flow meters, and are incorporated into various chemical, medical, and laboratory apparatuses, as well as in blood transfusion sets, and so on.

1. POM (Polyoxymethylene) Plastic Balls

  • Delrin POM balls
  • Diameter: 1.5mm-160mm
  • Precision grade: G0-G3
  • Color: White, Black, Natural.
  • High Rigidity & Wear Resistance: Low friction coefficient (0.1-0.3), ideal for high-speed rotating parts.
  • Dimensional Stability: Water absorption ≤0.25%, minimal deformation under temperature/humidity changes.
  • Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C (short-term up to +140°C).
  • Applications:  Precision POM bearing balls, Precision gears, bearings, printer rollers, valve components.

2. PP (Polypropylene) Plastic Balls

  • Diameter:1.5mm-100mm
  • Precision grade: G0-G3
  • Color Options: Natural, White, Black, Custom Colors
  • Lightweight & Corrosion-Resistant: Density 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, resists acids, alkalis, and solvents (HCl/H₂SO₄ ≤50%).
  • Food-Grade Safety: FDA/EC1935 compliant, non-toxic, odorless.
  • Low-Temperature Toughness: Brittle point as low as -20°C.
  • Applications:Food processing equipment, chemical pump floats, toys, low-cost light-duty bearings.FDA-approved PP plastic balls

3. PA (Nylon) Plastic Balls

 

  • Diameter:1.588mm-80mm
  • Precision grade:G0-G3
  • Color Options: Natural, Custom color.
  • High Impact Resistance: Excellent toughness (notched impact strength ≥5 kJ/m²).
  • Self-Lubricating: Oil-filled variants (PA66+MoS₂) reduce friction to 0.15.
  • Fatigue Resistance: Long lifespan under cyclic loads, metal replacement potential.
  • Application:Automotive wiper bearings, textile machinery guides, sports equipment pulleys,impact-resistant nylon balls.

4. PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Plastic Balls

 

  • Teflon balls
  • Diameter: 1mm-100mm
  • Precision grade: G0-G3
  • Color Options: White, Natural.
  • Chemically Inert: Resists strong acids (conc. H₂SO₄, aqua regia), alkalis, and solvents.
  • Ultra-Low Friction: Coefficient 0.04-0.1, self-lubricating with zero maintenance.
  • Temperature Range: -200°C to +260°C (continuous use).
  • Applicants:Chemical valve seals, semiconductor equipment guides, medical catheter components,low-friction PTFE valve balls and etc,.
