Silicon nitride ceramic balls

Si3N4 ceramic balls mainly used in high-speed silicon nitride bearings, medical-grade ceramic balls, thermal shock-resistant Si3N4 components.

Product Highlights

  • Superior Toughness: Exceptional fracture toughness (6-7 MPa·m¹/²), outperforming alumina and zirconia, ideal for high-impact applications.
  • Lightweight & Durable: Density of 3.2-3.3 g/cm³ with extreme wear resistance, reducing energy loss in high-speed systems.
  • Thermal Shock Resistance: Withstands rapid temperature swings from -200°C to 1,200°C without cracking.
  • Electrical Insulation: Non-conductive properties prevent galvanic corrosion in electrical/electronic systems.
  • Biocompatibility: ISO 10993-certified for medical implants and food-grade applications.
